This is the Sew Sweetness Baker Street Bag made from heavyweight undyed rustic linen (found here). I'm pleased with how it came out! The lining is some cream-colored cotton I had leftover in the stash from a kirtle I made a few years ago. The natural look and feel of the rustic linen suits me, though it might also be cute with some embroidery or applique. I've been carrying it as my purse for a little over a week, and I find that the size is good for me as well. Isn't it great when a project works out perfectly? That's not to say my sewing was perfect. Lordy no! But I'm happy with it, flaws and all.
